This policy explains how Dong Tam Industries Joint Stock Company (“Dong Tam”, “we”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit myfactory.vn or contact us. In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the Vietnamese version prevails.

- Information you provide when contacting us by email, phone or form: name, company, job title, email, phone number and the content of your request.
- Technical data logged automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and time of visit (server logs).
- Essential cookies needed for the website to work, such as remembering your selected language.

- To perform contracts, deliveries and technical services.

The Contact page embeds a Google Maps map. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google servers and may send your IP address; that processing is governed by Google’s privacy policy. The website’s fonts are hosted on our own server and are not loaded from Google.
